With over 20 year’s experience in the customer services and telecommunications Industries; Denis is responsible for the development and realisation of Conduit’s European Market strategy.

He joined Conduit in 2001 as Chief Operating Officer and Chief Technology Officer and was promoted to his current role in April 2006.

Prior to joining Conduit, Denis was the Managing Director of Eircom Operator Services, which incorporated directory enquiries, 999 emergency services and operator assistance services. He also established a joint venture with the Manpower Group to provide outsourced services to the Government and public sectors.

Before eircom, he was Head of Customer Services for Vodafone Ireland and was instrumental in designing and implementing their Customer Care strategy.
