Chief Executive Officer
As Chief Executive Officer, Michael oversees the company’s worldwide operations and leads corporate strategy and development, Michael joined kgb in August 2012 as the Vice President of Strategy Planning and Analysis, focusing primarily on improving kgb’s financial performance through the streamlining of operations and business growth. Before joining kgb, Michael held a variety of executive roles at Warner Music Group, Standard & Poor’s and United Technologies Corporation. Michael holds a BS in Business Management from Babson College in Wellesley, MA and an MBA from New York University’s Stern School of Business.
SVP, Contact Center Operations
Michelle has a wealth of global outsourcing leadership experience, with expertise in all aspects of contact center management. She is responsible for all phases of operations including planning and directing the overall performance of Conduit Global’s contact centers, as well as the integration of automation technology, implementing electronic workforce management tools, and re-structuring the company’s customer service representatives’ compensation programs. She has also worked with Sprint and Time Warner Cable in various capacities. Michelle attended the University of North Carolina, Charlotte and majored in business.
SVP, Contact Center Solutions
Andrew is Conduit SVP for Contact Center Solutions, responsible for driving successful execution of the company’s growth strategy for contact center solutions. He brings 22 years of sales and client management experience to the organization. Prior to his current role, Andrew was the Vice President of Sales and Client Management at Sykes Enterprises Incorporated. Andrew oversees revenue growth through new logo acquisition, client satisfaction and strategic expansion of existing partnerships into new lines of business. He is committed to understanding his customers’ biggest challenges and providing the most appropriate solutions, which has allowed him to forge relationships across multiple industries with a customer-centric mindset. A graduate of the University of Western Ontario, Andrew holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science.
In his role as Conduit Global’s General Counsel, Derek provides advice and guidance on a wide range of issues and negotiates all commercial and procurement contracts, globally. Additionally, Derek supports Conduit Global’s parent company, kgb, as Secretary of the Board of Directors. Derek has significant experience in the contact center services sector. Prior to joining Conduit Global in 2014, he worked as an attorney for five years at Sykes Enterprises, Incorporated, supporting their global outsourced call center business. Most recently, Derek served as hibu Inc.’s (formerly Yellowbook) Legal Counsel of Technology and Global Operations. Derek received his JD from Delaware Law School, Widener University and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Villanova University.
Vice President of Human Resources
As Vice President of Human Resources, Emma is responsible for the development of HR strategy and the delivery of HR services and programs. Emma joined Conduit Global in 2006, and was primarily responsible for Talent Acquisition in Ireland. Since then, Emma has held various roles at Conduit Global including HR Director for the UK & Ireland and Sr. Director of HR for Europe and the Philippines. Prior to Conduit Global, Emma held various positions in the recruitment industry. A graduate of Dublin Institute of Technology with a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Human Resources and Business, Emma is currently studying for her MBA in Cardiff, Wales. Emma also serves on the Board of Directors for the Welsh Contact Forum and is a member of the Chartered Management Institute.
SVP of Cloud Solutions and Sales
As the SVP of Cloud Solutions and Sales, Jitender has principal responsibility to drive organic growth for Conduit’s cloud business. He oversees sales and marketing, providing strategic direction to the Technology Solutions organization and supporting customers globally to deliver our portfolio of cloud solutions.
Jitender brings with him 20+ years of international experience in transformational leadership in the technology and SaaS sector focusing on sales, business revitalization and innovation to deliver revenue growth and rapid launch of industry-leading new solutions and services. Prior to joining Conduit Global, Jitender was the Director and General Manager - Cloud Solutions at Avaya, where he founded and spearheaded the growth of Avaya’s cloud solutions business and was accountable for the strategy, technology and solution management, M&A, sales, marketing and channel programs.
Previously, he held various sales leadership and general management roles at Nokia and Ericsson, commercializing emerging technologies and managing multiple lines of businesses to establish them as leading players in the media and entertainment sector.
Jitender holds an MS in Mechanical Engineering from Old Dominion University in Norfolk, Virginia, and a BE in Mechanical Engineering from the Manipal Institute of Technology, India along with executive management courses from the London Business School, UK and Columbia University, New York.
SVP Technology Services
Stuart is Conduit Global’s SVP for Technology Services and is responsible for the management and operational support of the technology assets that support both BPO and Cloud focused clients, along with delivering excellence through resilient, scalable and robust solutions to meet a myriad of needs across all market verticals. With over 25 years of industry experience within the technical sphere, Stuart brings a wealth of knowledge of technology systems and approaches that have been shaped by radical change throughout pre-internet era and all that followed. Previous roles have seen Stuart build and develop technology teams and infrastructure that has underpinned several of Conduit Global’s sister companies 118118, 118218 and 118Money and is someone that strives for excellence and has a thirst for innovation, placing the customer at the centre of all solutions scoped and delivered. A graduate of the University of Wales Institute Cardiff through the Computer Science faculty.
