Staff at outsourcing call centre Conduit had a surprise when X Factor star Rhydian called in to say thank you for supporting him on the hit show last year. The 25 year old from Trallwng in Powys, whose parents hail from Gabalfa and Lisvance, dropped into Hodge House to fulfil a long-standing pledge to staff.
