Conduit recently received 1st place for the ‘Best Sales / Telemarketing Campaign’ at the Irish Contact Centre Management Association Awards ceremony in Dublin.

The award was for the delivery of the highly successful Bord Gais ‘Big Switch’ campaign which has seen over 250,000 electricity customers switch electricity provider in just 9 months.
