Conduit Wins Outsource Partner Of The Year

Conduit, the Irish Contact Centre Services company, has been awarded the International Outsource Partner of the Year Award, for the services provided to Tourism Ireland, at the Irish Contact Centre Awards, fighting off tough competition from a number of well-known companies. On top of winning the award, Conduit had been nominated in two other categories: Contact Centre Manager of the Year and Innovative Use of Technology. Denis Creighton, Chief Executive of Conduit, said, “We are delighted to have won this award for the service we provide to Tourism Ireland and, indeed, all our customers.

Conduit aims to be the top Contact Centre service provider in Europe and are making massive headway towards our goal. We are continuously seeking new and innovative ways to meet the demands of our customers while maintaining the highest standard of customer service. This award, along with our three nominations, are a testament to our Contact Centre team members and we will continue to work towards our goal.” The award is a reflection of Conduit’s dedication in delivering the highest standard of service to each client.

Conduit’s team works very closely with its client companies, ensuring its employees adopt the culture and ethos of the clients. Together with Tourism Ireland, Conduit sees this award as an incentive to continue to seek ways of surpassing the rigorous quality standards agreed with clients. Congratulating Conduit on their success, Mark Henry, Director of Central Marketing with Tourism Ireland, said, “As the organisation responsible for growing overseas tourism business to the island of Ireland, Tourism Ireland relies on Conduit to handle hundreds of thousands of queries on our behalf in six languages from fifteen of our top tourism markets throughout the world. In effect, they have to close the sale with the consumer for us.” Mark Henry added, “The fact that Conduit have achieved this award only 10 months into their relationship with us is testament to their hard work and professionalism.
