Conduit wins management team award

Irish contact centre services company Conduit, has won an award for customer service management team of the year for their work with Talk Talk. The company had been short-listed in five categories for this year's Irish Customer Service Awards.

Brian Hannon, business development manager at Conduit said, "Given the current economic climate it is essential that Irish call centres' position themselves as quality service providers and we actively manage this process in Conduit. We are continuously seeking new and innovative ways to meet the demands of our customers while maintaining the highest standard of customer service.

The award and nominations were across our broad range of service offerings, and are a testament to the hard work, dedication and enthusiasm we show," added Brian. The winners were announced last Thursday at an awards dinner in the Burlington Hotel, Dublin. Conduit provides outsourced customer service facilities to companies such as Ulster Bank, Magnet Entertainment and Talk Talk.
