We strive to meet and exceed the demands of our customers while maintaining the highest standards of customer service. These Awards, along with our three other nominations, are a testament to the commitment and professionalism of our Contact Centre team members.”
“The Awards are a reflection of Conduit’s dedication in delivering the highest standards of service to each of our clients. Conduit’s team works with all our clients to ensure rigorous quality standards are met. Together with Tourism Ireland, Conduit sees the Awards as an incentive to continue to seek ways of surpassing the rigorous quality standards agreed with clients,” Denis Creighton concluded.
Congratulating Conduit on their double success, Gary Dunleavy, Customer Enquiries Manager of Tourism Ireland, said, “We are delighted to have won awards in both of the categories we entered. International Outsource Partner is a tremendous accolade to the hard work and dedication to true partnership shown by all of our team – in our overseas markets, our central departments and of course in Conduit. To win Most Innovative Use of Technology for our pilot project of Web Chat is special in that we strive to continually interact and engage with our customers in a range of traditional and new ways.”
Conduit provides outsourced customer service facilities to Tourism Ireland and companies such as Bord Gáis Energy Supply, TalkTalk, Magnet Entertainment and Ulster Bank/First Active.
