Salary And Benefits:

£12,480-£13,000 raising to £14,040 after 10 months. With a monthly bonus totalling £2,150 per year.

Main Responsibilities:

The Customer Service Representative will deliver service excellence to all our clients' customers.Customer Services is vital to our business. It's the role of each and every team member to understand our range of products and services and to respond to the needs of the customers.

As a Customer Service Representative you will professionally handle incoming requests and ensure that issues are resolved both promptly and accurately. We require team players with an understanding of what motivates our customers and who are forward-thinkers.

This position will be working on behalf of Vodafone and roles vary from pure customer service to upselling of products and services.

Technical Skills/Experience Needed

Experience in a customer service role of some form is required.We are looking for people to provide excellent customer service in response to all enquiries received. In return we will provide full training and opportunities to progress your career with us.

While experience in a customer focused role would be a bonus, it's not essential. It's more important that you have the right personality and a problem solving mindset. Along with a warm yet professional telephone manner, you must be resilient, and a good listener with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
