Job Purpose:

Reporting to the HR Manager and working within the Human Resource and Recruitment Departments. Responsible for advising other functional departments in the areas of HR policies and procedures

Main Responsibilities:

Working within the HR team the Coordinator will under the direction of the HR Manager provide support to the business while implementing projects to enhance and improve support to customer service agents.

- Ensure all hiring targets are met within the agreed timeframes.

- Follow all agreed recruitment and selection processes during candidate hiring process

- Assist with recruitment and selection for all call centres when required

- Liaise with the scheduling department to ensure accurate headcount is maintained at all times

- Complete recruitment administration in a timely fashion

- Identify internal customer requirements through weekly meetings and communication with department heads

- Consistently deliver quality candidates

- Provide coaching, mentoring and continuous communications to Conduit employees regarding policies and procedures

- Proactively provide hands-on advice, guidance, direction and support regarding Conduit HR practices

- Assist in the implementation of HR procedures through company policies

- Ensure effective communication practices are in place and are being followed, including team meetings, employee forums, employee committees, surveys and exit interviews

- Build on current communication practices within the company to ensure effective inter-departmental relations· Promoting and ensuring compliance with the company’s mission, vision and values.

- Drive a wide range of HR issues from employee relations, performance management, HR projects and reporting· Compile daily, weekly and monthly reports in the areas of absence, communications, exit interviews and attrition rates aswell as any other HR metrics as assigned by BT

- Continually review existing HR practices and processes and ensure changes are implemented in a timely manner,

- Drive a positive employee relations culture

- Manage various HR projects as assigned by manager

- Compile, analyse and report HR data as required

- Ensure employee compliance to all company policies and employment legislation and employment law.

- Ensure all company policies and procedures are implemented in a fair and consistent manner, ensuring understanding and correct adherence at all times.

- Facilitate meetings between Training, Grad Bay and Operations to review performance.

- Ensure timesheets are completed accurately and are signed off by each CSRTraining

- Develop and maintain hand-over processes, from HR to Training, Training to Grad Bay and Grad Bay to Operations

- Implement and ensure up to date induction training is provided to all new starts within initial training session

- Develop and review targets and key milestones for induction trainees and Grad Bay CSRs

- Maintain regular communications with FLM and CSRs

Technical Skills/Experience Needed

The successful candidate will need the following skills and experience to meet the demands of the role:

· At least 4 years experience in a HR Generalist Role in a call centre environment:

· CIPD accreditation required :

· Strong computer literacy including MS office:

· Strong working knowledge of all Operational Systems i.e. Eolas, TCS, Symposium, Volt:

Additional Information

Hours: This positions requires full flexibility, there is also an on call requirement.

Due to the nature of this vacancy and the sensitivity of the service being provided all applicants will need to provide written agreement and details for a Garda Vetting check to be undertaken. Candidates must be cleared by the Garda Central Vetting Unit before taking up the post. Conduit will provide a Garda Vetting form, which candidates must complete. Conduit will apply for clearance on your behalf.
