Chief Executive Officer
As CEO of Conduit Global, Jay oversees the company’s worldwide operations and leads corporate strategy and development, bringing over 28 years of experience in global business expansion. Before joining Conduit Global, Jay was the Founder & CEO of both RouteSource and Voyport, which provided innovative telecommunications services to telecom operators, corporations and consumers. Previously, Jay was on the founding management team at Primus Telecommunications Group where he served as an executive in various capacities during its scaling to $1.3B in annual sales. In his first role, he built the Global Service Providers Division, which became one of the top 10 voice carriers worldwide and served thousands of telecom providers through local operations in 12 countries. Later, Jay served as President and COO of PRIMUS’s retail operations. Jay is a graduate of Carnegie Mellon University with a Bachelor's of Science degree in Managerial Economics and Industrial Management.
Chief Operating Officer
Michelle has a wealth of global outsourcing leadership experience, with expertise in all aspects of contact center management. She is responsible for all phases of operations including planning and directing the overall performance of Conduit Global’s contact centers, as well as the integration of automation technology, implementing electronic workforce management tools, and re-structuring the company’s customer service representatives’ compensation programs. She has also worked with Sprint and Time Warner Cable in various capacities. Michelle attended the University of North Carolina, Charlotte and majored in business.
Chief Commercial Officer
Andrew is Conduit Global's Chief Commercial Officer, responsible for driving successful execution of the company’s growth strategy. He brings 22 years of sales and client management experience to the organization. Prior to his current role, Andrew was the Vice President of Sales and Client Management at Sykes Enterprises Incorporated. Andrew oversees revenue growth through new logo acquisition, client satisfaction and strategic expansion of existing partnerships into new lines of business. He is committed to understanding his customers’ biggest challenges and providing the most appropriate solutions, which has allowed him to forge relationships across multiple industries with a customer-centric mindset. A graduate of the University of Western Ontario, Andrew holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science.
In his role as Conduit Global’s General Counsel, Derek provides advice and guidance on a wide range of issues and negotiates all commercial and procurement contracts, globally. Additionally, Derek supports Conduit Global’s parent company, kgb, as Secretary of the Board of Directors. Derek has significant experience in the contact center services sector. Prior to joining Conduit Global in 2014, he worked as an attorney for five years at Sykes Enterprises, Incorporated, supporting their global outsourced call center business. Most recently, Derek served as hibu Inc.’s (formerly Yellowbook) Legal Counsel of Technology and Global Operations. Derek received his JD from Delaware Law School, Widener University and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Villanova University.
Vice President of Human Resources
As Vice President of Human Resources, Emma is responsible for the development of HR strategy and the delivery of HR services and programs. Emma joined Conduit Global in 2006, and was primarily responsible for Talent Acquisition in Ireland. Since then, Emma has held various roles at Conduit Global including HR Director for the UK & Ireland and Sr. Director of HR for Europe and the Philippines. Prior to Conduit Global, Emma held various positions in the recruitment industry. A graduate of Dublin Institute of Technology with a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Human Resources and Business, Emma is currently studying for her MBA in Cardiff, Wales. Emma also serves on the Board of Directors for the Welsh Contact Forum and is a member of the Chartered Management Institute.
Chief Operating Officer, kgb
As Chief Operating Officer, Michael is responsible for all global operations of the kgb organization. In this role Michael has specific responsibility for leading the strategy and direction of Conduit Global. Michael joined kgb in August 2012 as the Vice President of Strategy Planning and Analysis, focusing primarily on improving kgb’s financial performance through the streamlining of operations and business growth.
Before joining kgb, Michael held a variety of executive roles at Warner Music Group, Standard & Poor’s and United Technologies Corporation. Michael holds a BS in Business Management from Babson College in Wellesley, MA and an MBA from New York University’s Stern School of Business.
Chief Technology Officer, kgb
Glenn Haddock is the Chief Technology Officer for Conduit Global and its parent company, kgb. He is responsible for the technology and development that supports commercial opportunities at Conduit Global as well as its ongoing operation and also oversees all CIO responsibilities.
Glenn has been with Conduit Global and kgb for over eight years.Before leading Conduit Global’s technology group, he held various roles including Senior Director of Global Systems & Development and Project Director. Prior to joining the company, Glenn served as the Vice President of Technology for Excell Services.
Glenn holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Management Information Systems from Texas Tech University – Rawls College of Business.
